I'm in a regulated business (medical, financial, legal, accounting, insurance). Does this apply to me?
Yes, and nothing here asks for client data. The quiz asks how your business runs, not who your clients are. And the roadmap's advice for regulated businesses is explicit: anything touching client information gets built inside your compliance boundary (HIPAA, SEC and state investment-adviser rules, insurance regulations, or whatever governs you), in tools your rules allow. If you'd rather talk that through with a person first, book a short call.
How long does it take?
10 questions. Most owners finish in about 4 minutes. The result is on screen the moment you finish.
My business isn't like the examples. Will the stages still fit?
The stages are about how work runs, not what industry you're in. The same five stages hold for a plumbing company, an Amazon brand, a law office, and a machine shop. The stages describe the moves every business shares (leads, quotes, follow-ups, invoices), so if something does not fit, tell us. The map gets sharper with every business that takes it.
