What we collect
- Your answers to the AI Scaling Roadmap quiz: your industry, team size band, revenue band, and how your business uses AI today.
- Your first name and email, if you choose to share them.
- Basic usage data from analytics tools: pages visited, buttons clicked, rough location by region.
- If you buy something, purchase records. Payments run through Stripe. Card numbers never touch our systems.
What we do with it
- Build your roadmap and show you your result.
- Send you the emails you asked for.
- Improve the tool using combined numbers across many businesses, like benchmarks. Your individual answers are never shown to anyone.
- Reply when you write to us.
What we never do
- Sell your information. To anyone, ever.
- Share your answers.
- Use your answers to set a price for you.
- Cold-call you. No sales calls unless you book one.
Where it lives
We use a small set of tools to run this site, and your data lives inside them:
- Netlify hosts the site and stores form submissions.
- Beehiiv runs the email list.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure how the site gets used. What you type into the quiz's open question box is masked from session recordings.
- As we build: Supabase (secure database for your saved roadmap), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments).
Your choices
- Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe.
- Want everything deleted? Email ben@smbadvantage.ai and it all goes: your answers, your email, your records. Done within a few days, no questions asked.
If you run a regulated business
The quiz never asks about your clients or patients. Please leave client names and personal details out of the open question box. Advice in the roadmap for regulated businesses is explicit: anything touching client information belongs inside your compliance boundary, in tools your rules allow.
